Detta väcker en oro om huruvida informationen hanteras och skyddas på rätt sätt.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Ökade risker med tredjepartsleverantörer</h4><p>Många som använder AI förlitar sig ofta på externa leverantörer, ofta för att resursera inte finns internt. Här skapas ytterligare ett lager av osäkerhet så data hamnar utanför organisationens direkta kontroll.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Så regleras organisationers användning av AI idag</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Det finns idag olika regelverk på plats för att styra och vägleda företag och organisationer i hur de använder AI på ett etiskt sätt. Men precis som tekniken är dessa komplexa och förändras snabbt.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I Sverige omfattas organisationer av <a href="https://www.imy.se/verksamhet/dataskydd/det-har-galler-enligt-gdpr/introduktion-till-gdpr/dataskyddsforordningen-i-fulltext/"><span style="color:hsl(30,75%,60%);">EU:s allmänna dataskyddsförordning (GDPR)</span></a><strong> </strong>som fastställer hur data ska hanteras. För AI finns även <a href="https://artificialintelligenceact.eu/"><span style="color:hsl(30,75%,60%);">EU:s AI Act, en förordning som reglerar hur AI får användas av organisationer och till vilka syften</span></a>. En första fas av verkställandet av AI-förordningen, som rör AI för oacceptabla syften, sattes i bruk under 2024. Fler skyldigheter och krav på transparens väntas komma.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Bästa praxis för datahantering vid implementering av AI</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>1. Ha dataintegritet i åtanke från början</h4><p>Tänk på dataintegritet och sekretess från de tidigaste stadierna av AI-utvecklingen och baka in det i kulturen för hur ni jobbar med AI. Genomför grundliga bedömningar innan ni implementerar ett nytt AI-system, minimera datainsamlingen (samla bara in det nödvändigaste) och anonymisera personuppgifter så gott det går.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>2. Ha en policy för hur data hanteras från början till slut</h4><p>Skapa tydliga riktlinjer för hantering, lagring och radering av data som täcker hela livscykeln. Gör detta genom att tydligt definiera ägande och åtkomstbehörigheter, granska lagrade data regelbundet och sätt in rutiner för att hantera förfrågningar från personer ni eventuellt har data om.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>3. Genom för regelbundna säkerhetsbedömningar</h4><p>Var proaktiv och identifiera och åtgärda potentiella sårbarheter. Detta kan göras genom att regelbundet testa säkerheten av AI-systemet och att löpande utvärdera sårbarheten. Utifrån vad testera visar, åtgärda där det finns behov direkt!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>4. Utveckla ett protokoll vid samarbete med AI-leverantörer</h4><p>Anlitar ni en extern leverantör för ert AI-system, se till att ha en grundlig due diligence på plats först. Upprätta mycket tydliga avtalsbestämmelser för datahantering och granska regelbundet leverantörens efterlevad av dessa. Leverantörer som specialicerar sig på att bygga AI-lösningar har väldigt bra koll på säkerhetsaspekterna, men det är viktigt att även ni som beställare har koll på läget.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Hantering av dataskyddsfrågor bör ske tidigt och löpande</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Många upplever en oro kring datasäkerhet och AI. När din organisation hanterar dataskyddsfrågor noggrant så minskar risken för att känslig data om er verksamhet eller era kunder hamnar i obehörigas händer. Nyckeln är att ta itu med dataskyddsfrågor tidigt och löpande, och att vara transparent när det gäller någon annans data.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>En framgångsrik AI-implementering kräver att man balanserar innovation med skydd och säkerhet.
