Turn machine data
into productivity.
Nytt System collects data from your machines, visualizes it in real time, and gives operators and managers what they need to improve productivity — every day.
Our average customer gains 20–30% productivity.
Not guesses — numbers from real factories using Nytt System daily. The platform has been tested across multiple companies, helping them identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime and make data-driven decisions.
What is Nytt System?
A complete platform with three parts that work together.
Three parts in one: a unit that gathers machine data, a dashboard showing factory status for managers, and an operator app where the floor sees their goals, checks off tasks and reports stoppages. All synced in real time.
We connect to your machines — via sensor, camera, cable or protocol — and translate the signals into numbers you can act on. Done within days.
CNC, presses, robots, conveyors, packaging stations, manual stations. Modern or legacy machine doesn't matter — we adapt.
Three parts.
Together they form the system.
The data acquisition unit feeds the dashboard with live data, and the operator app receives orders and reports back. All in one loop, working in real time.
A small unit connects to the machine — via sensor, camera, cable or protocol — and forwards status and production to the platform. Works with both modern and legacy machines.
A web-based overview of the entire factory in real time. See which machines are running, where downtime occurs, and how productivity evolves — from the office, factory or home.
The operator's tool on phone or tablet. Here are checklists, today's tasks, and the ability to report stoppages and reasons — in seconds, without paper.
How we collect the data.
Your machines may be new, old, manual or fully automatic. That's why we have four different ways to collect data — from a simple camera to industry protocols. Often a mix is used.
An Android phone with a camera becomes an AI sensor. The phone is aimed at the machine's stack lights and our app reads the status in real time — running, stopped or warning.
Non-invasive current sensors clamp onto the machine's power cable. They measure exactly when the machine is working or idle. On a CNC, they clamp on the spindle cable. Installation takes 15 minutes.
Our edge unit connects to the machine's I/O ports. It reads analog signals from machines and robots — when the resource is active and when it's stopped. Works even when the machine lacks modern communication.
We talk directly to the machine via industry protocols. MTConnect, OPC UA, Fanuc FOCAS, Thinc API — we get deep data on operating parameters, speeds, temperatures, and predict upcoming downtime.
